Why three launch plans?
Creator stays affordable for a solo musician. Studio is $39 because one operator gets ten author pages, assignment, reusable workflows, custom domains, and a unified roster queue. We are not selling an Agency tier yet: multiple staff seats, granular roles, API/webhooks, SSO, and a contracted SLA should exist before that plan has a price.
Prices are in US dollars, billed in advance through Stripe's secure checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel from Manage billing in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Release Claims never stores your card details. Taxes may be added at checkout where required. Custom-domain activation also requires DNS ownership checks before traffic is routed.

No. Submitting a claim release, safelist, licensing, feedback, or complaint request is always free. Plans apply only to the workspace that operates author pages.
Yes. Cancel from Manage billing in your dashboard; the plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then returns to Free. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
Your author page, catalog, verified sources, and request history stay. New-request alerts, the monthly digest, and 7 days of page traffic stay. Paid-only features such as reply alerts, chat alerts, auto-replies, saved replies, 90-day analytics, the custom domain, and additional Studio pages stop, and the ad slot returns on the free page.
The Free plan is the trial: one page with unlimited requests and new-request alerts, no card required, no time limit. Upgrade when the inbox is busy enough to want auto-replies, templates, chat alerts, and full analytics.
Studio gives one operator up to 10 author pages in a unified inbox with assignment, filters, templates, bulk actions, portfolio analytics, and a custom domain per page.
Yes. Open Manage billing in your dashboard and choose the yearly price. Stripe credits the unused part of the current month, and yearly billing starts with the next invoice at two months free.
Fans can send an author $3 to $500 through the Support button: release.claims keeps 5% on Free and 3% on Creator and Studio. Paid offers on Studio keep 8%. The money goes straight to the author's own Stripe account, which also pays Stripe's card-processing fee.
